T Force billed my customer $1706.10. This means that nearly 6 times the original quote is $292.56.

The vendor agreed to be billed instead and dispute them, not honoring their quote. My business, on the other hand, fixed the mailbox. The trucker ran over because their dispatch in another country failed to have him call the company they shipped to, like requested by the business before delivery. The owner would have been able to meet him outside to ensure he did not pass the address and end up stuck. Yes, a dead-end sign is on the start of the street. His dispatchers failed him. Super nice trucker and was very apologetic. Too bad he works for a company like TForece.

I had my package shipped to where I work. It is open from 8:00am to 8:30pm but TForce marked that it was closed after 2 alleged attempts on the same day despite us being open with people present/available to sign all day? They then sent the package back to the shipper and did not notify me at all. I only found out after calling for an update. Extremely frustrating and if I could rate zero stars, I would.

The WORST carriers ever.This was an awful experience. My package was returned because the driver claimed it was “unsafe to release,” even though I get packages from other carriers all the time without any issues. The driver didn’t even try to find my front door, which is always open.I called customer service, and they told me they updated my delivery instructions. The next day, I found out they sent my package back to the sender anyway. This is completely unacceptable—lazy drivers, poor communication, and terrible service. I won’t trust this carrier again.

Placed an order and the company uses this service. They made a delivery "attempt" and reported the address was invalid. The vendor reached out to tforce and was told there was no safe place to deliver. I live in an apartment with a call box, there was no attempt to use it to be Buzzed in. After a week of hearing nothing I canceled the order. Online it says return to sender so they never made a second attempt using the instructions to actually buzz the call box. However the package hasn't even made it back to the vendor.
As long as the vendor is using this delivery service I will not be ordering from them.

Terrible delivery company. They marked my package as "unsafe" to deliver, mind you we are home 24 hours and saw no one pull up to deliver. I reached out to customer service and still nothing. No package, nothing. So moving forward I'll purchase from sellers that do NOT use tforce. Horrible delivery service for iHerb and the chicago area. Btw...I still don't have my package.

Terrible driver service. Unwilling to use pallet jack wheel to place very light pallet directly into storage unit. Driver simply said this is something we don't do. Would not recommend using ever.

Terrible company. Delivery drivers are unprofessional. I had two packages delivered. One smelled like cigarettes. The second package was wet. The delivery driver tossed it to the door of my front entrance.

Google needs to go back with FedEx and stop using these clowns as their delivery source.

I don't recommend T Force Freight. I set up our shipment online through their web site gave me a quote and I set it up. Service was good picked up shipment and delivered it. Then the Invoice comes moor than double what my quote was I have called multiple times trying to get this taken care of and they don't care they just keep telling me I owe them the amount.

Update 4 months later still not resolved they keep sending demand letters for me to pay them over the quote I received online.
