We knew what was wrong with my vehicle and bought the part which was cheap but my husband wasn't able to get to where he needed in order to replace it, so I called them just to get a price and lwt me tell you, i called no where else because I said how fast can you get me in and she said tomorrow. I dropped it off and they had it fixed in about half a day and went above and beyond to come pick me up in it so I could get back on the road ASAP. Great prices, great customer service, great all around. I will always call them when I need something done .

The best, I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I was visiting Sheridan and my car had major issues! I called, Tony answered and said he'd have someone out to look at it, 20 minutes Don was in the driveway to see what was the issue, 30 minutes they came and took my car to their garage and looked to make sure what the issue was, gave me a quote and started the next day!! It was an 8+ hour job and they kept me informed about what was going on! Great guys, great service, the best in and around Sheridan!! Thanks so much!

Well, an update and a sad one. I took in a new car and asked them to look it over and fix everything that needed fixed. They missed a starter and computer issues and the car left me stranded less that 300 miles later with two kids. I haven’t even taken it back I am so angry about it. They really are busy and this time it felt like they were just pushing my car out the door.

TCS is the most reasonable, honest, and hardworking shop I’ve had the pleasure of taking my truck to. My AC has been a problem for close to two years, I’ve turned it in to be fixed by a shop before and they just threw a part at me and it stopped working again within the week. The other shop was going to charge me another diagnostic fee to figure out what the problem was that they missed the first time but the only thing covered by warranty was the part they replaced (my compressor). I waited over a year before I ran another diagnostic with the first shop to find out that my evaporator core was cracked, but they wanted to charge me close to 2000 dollars to replace it.

Instead I ordered the part myself, and gave it to TCS to install after speaking with them on the phone explaining my issue. They gave me a quote and I handed them the keys. About midday TCS had to call me to tell me that my part was right, but a little bit too big to fit the housing it sets into without cutting some out, so they ordered a new part for me for barely more than the original and installed it the same day. After that they tested my system, and found another issue, called me to discuss options and after agreeing to pay for the part - they replaced it and tested again. Granted this means they have pressurized the system with refrigerant twice, and they were still willing to work with my truck and figure out why my AC was not working. So after keeping it another day, they figured out one more part that they were confident would leave me with an AC system that works like new. It happened to be the fan that blows on my AC condenser, and Michael explained to me why it was important that it works and probably why the other parts in my system failed. I picked up my truck two days and three new parts later for only the cost of labor for the first job and cost of parts. Michael and his employees truly care about the customer and their well being, everything was called to inform me and agree to before continuing to perform any work. They have a repeat customer out of me and I don’t think I’ll be going to anyone else for a problem I can’t figure out. Thank you TCS!

My ATV was needing a lot of work done. I needed it done fast. Everyone from office staff, owners, and mechanics were awesome! They did work promptly and even helped me with loading/unloading. Really went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely use them for future needs!
