Horrible training. Leadership is non-existent. Very cliquish. Do you really want to go back to high-school as an adult. No one is happy there. Really think about any position you want there, and go somewhere else. The can't keep people. Ever revolving door with CSRs dock workers dispatchers. Don't believe me. Google them and see for yourself. Again it's easy to get a job there - this is why.

I really enjoy working with the Sutton staff. Steve Peterson my representative does a great job of taking care of issues when they arise... I have asked for some concessions on accessorial charges, and I have asked him to dig in the some outstanding claims, and he has taken care of these issues faster than any representative I have had in my 40 years of traffic management.

I get a daily report on our shipments so I can keep an eye on any delivery issues. Whenever I see a delayed shipment, I contact Jonnie in the customer service area and she is quick to inform me of the status of a particular shipment. Steve then works with dispatch to make sure that a late shipment gets the attention it deserves.

Glad we brought Sutton aboard two years ago. They have been a joy to work with!
