I bought an window unit AC from a guy here that stated his wife runs the uhaul and he sales stuff out of the storage units. It did not work when I got home and had it installed he is given ur company a back name by scamming people out of money at ur place of business.

The guy John that runs this place is a bully he's hateful he's threatening he threatens you if you don't pay before the 10th so it was 10 days late and he just sent me a text that I've been locked out I don't know what the hell's going on with this place but unless he owns it I have no idea how he is still in charge of this place scary

The man in charge is an angry alcoholic and is very rude! They still wanted my payment even though I cancelled. I went to Life Storage and they were cheaper and much friendlier!

This place has no security at all the gate stays open from five in the morning till about 10 o’clock at night the cameras do not work units get broken into their weekly along with trailers and boats and management does not care, Pay a few dollars a month more extra and get somewhere with 24 hour security and cameras that actually work not to mention the fact that the road is blocked by U-Haul trailers half the time when you try going in. If you want to lose your stuff I would definitely put it in here

Terrible customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor to take your money. The place has suffered a lot of water damage. Plus there are too many bugs and rodents. No upkeep at all.

No security at all. Gate stays open all night. No working cameras. Someone cut my lock and stole everything. Guy at office could have cared less and seemed suspect. DO NOT STORE THERE.

The old guy in there couldn't hear an was very rude to me about asking questions an not wanting to give him all my info. Was just looking for some prices on renting a U haul trailer.
