I am from out of state. My service air bag light came on. I called a competitor dealership several times and never received a call back. Called Superior Automall in Siloam Springs. They made an appointment for the same day(Monday), told me it would probably take 3 to 4 days Received my truck back on Thursday AM. Great customer service. Thank you.

Just purchased a new-to-me pickup, through Charlie Wright, from these guys. Came all the way up from southeast Texas for this truck. They performed full service on it & put on a brand new set of Yokohama tires, and I didn't pay a dime more. On top of that, I was able to call up there after I returned home with an issue and Charlie and the guys in Service did an outstanding job of helping me get everything figured out. Everyone there was incredibly friendly. Absolutely recommend buying from Superior DCJR!

Went to do a truck and key for ignition they could do it ,and blame on kill switch any ways charge me 78 bucks for nothing! I feel robbed!
