Don't rent or apply with this company. I paid the $50 application fee (9/2021) and got confirmation that my application was paid for. They never ran my credit or background check through the 3rd party Appfolio. I contacted the company multiple times, by telephone & emails, the following week and throughout the year and never got a reply.

My brother also applied at a different property and they pulled the same move.

I left a final voicemail in 8/2022, letting them know I'll be pursuing legal action. They still didn't return my call, so now I am going through Central Cal Legal to try and get my money back. Shady people.
