I was shopping at the nursery at the store, which has been dramatically upgraded. There's an abundance of plants to choose from and the help when I needed it was very helpful. They knew their inventory and where plants were placed, and I was directed to what I was looking for. There's also a large variety of plants to choose from. I'm in that area at least once a week, and I'll be stopping by regularly.

Used to buy bird food from this location for all my life and it was great. Ever since the new owners took over, however, this location has a massive rodent infestation. I have seen countless bags of bird food eaten into by the rodents and have complained to the staff at least three times about it over the past few months. The last bag of bird food I bought had an infestation of fleas that I only discovered once I got home and opened the bag, something that has never happened to me before.

Today I went in and could not find a single bag of food suitable for my local birds that wasn't destroyed by rodents. Absolutely disgusting, a total 180 from how the previous owners ran the place. 🙁

i had stripped a screw on a device that was hard to get to and the screw was really small (2mm). so this real tall guy quickly noticed me looking around the store and offered to help. he looked at all the different screws available and screw removers, and then he tried to unscrew it for me and it worked! he loosened it up enough and it came out. that was a HUGE help to me. thank you for taking the time to help me like that!
