Rented from them for over 3 years. Never had many problems. Moved out and cleaned everything. Nothing was damaged except for a small hole. Waited 2 months for our deposit of $560 for them to tell us it cost $1700 to fix. We left everything as it was when we moved in. If I could put no stars that is the rating they deserve. They were good people while we were renting but now are greedy cause they are remodeling and dont want to pay us what we deserve.

Huntington is the worst apartment complex with extremely large potholes outside on the only exit to the building, with no central heating and no way to keep the house hot/cold. Without basic appliance maintenance, they whole complex is in a bad shape overall.

However, Southern Management themselves did not make the building they simply bought it. They themselves are good people and seem to try their best to help people into good housing. They are reasonable and are not controlling or heavy handed like other landlords can be. I recommend them.

If you need a cheap place to live with nice landlords, this is it.

I owe them money. They locked me out without shoes or a coat on a cold day. They have everything I own and won't even let me have my medical equipment that I need. Two police officers assisted them. According to the eviction notice they gave me I still had a week. But I can't afford a lawyer. I'm a 61 year old disabled widow.

VERY GREEDY & LIARS! If I could give them 0 stars I would! We originally rented from OnQ (Loved them!) until they sold our complex to these idiots. They aren’t quick to fix problems within rental property, but they will lie like they are going to. Our floor was falling in & everyones feces were constantly backing up into our shower. Did they fix the problem? NO. That's not their only problem either.. Horrible management PERIOD. They lie about everything! Beware before signing a lease or remember this review once you do!

I rented a house it was 2212 Shoshoni dr in Jonesboro Ar and was nice until the first big rain came and then I seen all the flaws. The roof leaked in several different parts of the house. The whole garage ceiling was molded out. They replaced half of the garage ceiling. My deep freezer caught mold on it from being in the garage. The upstairs was super moldy in the bathrooms and in the master bedroom closet they had a bucket wrapped in towels to catch water when it rain too hard. To pay 1050 in rent was very unacceptable to me. The carpet they never cleaned from the pervious tenants and they had cats and dogs. I vacuumed 3 months straight before we can walk on the carpet and not have animal hair on our socks and clothes. The carpet was disgusting!!!!! To top it off idk if it’s the actual owner of the house but they never fixed anything completely. It was always a quick fix just to say it was done. Last but not least we didn’t have hot water the last two months of our stay. They didn’t want to replace the hot water heater. When is enough I had to get out of that trash before one of my kids got seriously sick.

They're money-grubbing slum lords that don't take care of problems. Don't sign a contract with them if you can help it. 1329 South Madison has the problem that you can hear every single noise the insane bootlegger above you makes 24/7. The laundromat is a drug den. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. Not safe

Won't fix anything and complains when I call the maintenance guy late at night because the sink is flooding my apartment and the one below me. Should have been fixed months ago, but they decide it doesn't matter and yell at me when it causes serious problems.
