One of their drivers tried to run me off the road when passing on a two lane road just kept switching lanes when I would get next to him, if there wasn’t a shoulder we would probably be dead.

Avoid at all costs. The "floater" position sounds like a good deal, and it honestly would be if it where almost any other company. Stop and ask yourself why they are offering such an awesome package. It's because they can't retain drivers.
The truck I was assigned was roach infested. I was temporarily assigned to a daycab that couldn't even go the speed limit on flat ground. Their equipment is poorly maintained, and I even had a dispatcher try to coerce me into driving a truck that had an audible air leak. Their "training" is a joke. You'll train on equipment that you won't even use once you're assigned your route. Communication is sub-par at best. They deliver to the same locations on a weekly basis, yet they will not give you the information needed to perform your job efficiently ( ie: not putting you in contact with drivers that are familiar to the route, no contact numbers for receivers to find out where you need to go to deliver...some of these prisons you go to don't have any signs indicating truck entrances ). Also, don't believe them when they say you'll be out for three weeks then home for one. I had to work an extra week because my week of "training" didn't count as being on the road, despite actually being on the road. And finally, whatever you do, do NOT allow yourself to get injured on the job. They will treat you less than human. They refused to give me my worker's comp claim number, so I had to pay for my medication out of pocket. I didn't get my claim number until I spoke with the insurance company they use for worker's comp. Kim Hill is the one who "handles" the claims at Source. He has absolutely no respect for his employees and will even curse you out over the phone. He would intentionally delay communications with the insurance company which would cause delays in treatment ( I was injured badly enough to require two months of physical therapy ). I eventually had to bypass him altogether and speak with the insurance company directly, otherwise nothing would get done.
Ultimately, stay far away from this company if you have any respect for yourself. Even though they offer a good pay package, the poorly maintained and roach infested equipment as well as being treated as less than human negates it.

One of the truckers tried to push me off the road. I was attempting to merge onto the highway and the truck sped up so that way I couldnt merge. I ended up having to drive on the shoulder until he passed. He then proceeded to tail gate me my entire way home, drive in the furthest left lane which is illegal, and try to push me off the road some more. Not only did he almost hit me, but other drivers as well.
