We were robbed from our storage unit, there have been on multiple occasions times that the secured door is broken in the open position so that anyone can get in, we filed a police report and tried to get the footage of the break in and all I was told was that they’re cameras don’t go back far enough to see the break in. I don’t know why I’m paying for them to keep my stuff safe if it’s not actually safe. They did not attempt in any way to help us figure out who ransacked our unit and we had hundreds of dollars of stuff stolen and broken. If you can bring it somewhere else I would because they aren’t gonna protect your stuff. Ps yes my unit was locked and I was the only one who had a key, they picked it and got in.
