I can't say enough about the Damon who has been an absolute angel to me while navigating the 3PL space. I met with over a dozen and Damon to this day follows up and even connected me to a crucial CPG community and resource. Not sure about all the positive reviews, could be fake so if you haven’t fallen for this completely yet, I’d read the following. I saw their site and Damon sent me the price-list with a link to deposit upfront $500 payment. After that it took us a few months to connect their system to our store since even they didn’t have much clue about how it works. While doing that we pulled some inventory from Amazon to their warehouse, 1/4 of that inventory wasn’t taken into stock but according to Amazon’s tracking it was delivered. Simple guys didn’t wanna do anything about it and instead started charging my card like crazy, taking $750 per month for the 3 months I’ve been with them. That $750 wasn’t anywhere in the price list nor did Damon bother to discuss it during onboarding. So after 3 months I was $2750 down with 1/4 inventory lost. They later told me that if I want to move to another 3PL i need to pay them 2 months of $750 and if I don’t pay they will dispose of my inventory. Now that is Simple Fulfilment for you.

Great company to work with!! Their customer service is very in depth, doesn't matter if you're a super small business or big. The customer service is the same all around. One of the great things with working with them over other 3PLs and FBAs providers is the attention to detail they give to customers and their products. They recently just moved into a new warehouse, that's a lot bigger, therefore I was able to easily expand my business with more options for my customers. Simpl is growing very fast from what I've seen, from when I've started with them!
