We hauled a load for these folks on 08/31/24 and it was delivered without issue. Why can't brokers pay without issue is the million dollar question? We have resorted to filing on their bond today in order to get payment. We first did loads for these folks in 2018, but never again. Once bitten twice shy. Carriers, if you want to float this company money for 2-4 months, right here is the broker you need! You certainly won’t get paid without resorting to extreme measures.

I would strongly advise if you are carrier never to haul a load for this company. They will delay paying you for as long as they can. I am currently about 80 days past the time the load was delivered.
After 240 loads since I started in 2019 they are the first broker to require physical paperwork. I sent the physical paperwork certified mail and after 30 days called them, and they said they hadn't received the paperwork. When I pointed out that it was sent certified, they changed their tune, saying yes we do have that, but it's not legible. Then they claimed It wasn't the original bill of lading (I had sent exactly what the shipper gave me, and the receiver had signed). Then they indicated that 30 days to pay would start from that day when, supposedly the controller made an exception and would accept those bols.
Next, 30 days passed and they say they mailed out a check. As of today it is 17 days past the mailing of that check and they say after 21 days they will mail another check.

Unless you want to get run around a lot save your time and do not deliver loads for this broker is my recommendation

I took a load from this company on March 10th and got delivered March 13th 2024. Per their rules original paperwork needed to get submitted but we didn’t see the driver until almost a month later.
I sent the paperwork on April 3rd but didn’t hear from them so I called on April 18th and was told they had received the papers on April 15th. (12 days later). I was supposed to get my payment 30 days later which it was supposed to get sent on May 15th and we still haven’t receive it. Every time I call there’s a new excused that it is sent through UPSD, that they used a company to issue payments, wait until June 5th, wait for 21 days.
I have worked with other brokers and I receive my payment within 5-7 business days after due date.
If I could give them -5 stars I would do that. Unprofessional company, dishonest and liars.

This company has consistently caused significant issues with payments. As someone who has been in Accounts Receivable for years, I've never encountered such persistent problems.

Despite completing numerous loads for them, payments are always delayed by 75 to 100 days. Interestingly, while their brokers accept paperwork via email, their billing team refuses, citing concerns about scams. It's 2024—if you can't distinguish between a scam email and a legitimate one, you shouldn't be using a computer.

Their accounting department is unresponsive, rarely answering calls and taking at least a week to respond to emails. It's evident that they're deliberately trying to delay payments.
