Here is a review for you. There was just an attempt on my CC for over $3700 from this company and NO I did not order a damn thing. Now I have shut down my CC and will go through weeks of HELL working with the people that will not get paid on this card number until I get them a new number. BE vary aware of giving this outfit any information.

I signed up for the app. Every time I click on the order that just went through at 1:30pm, I clicked on it to accept order and I get a message that the order has been canceled or removed. This happens to me every time I click on to accept the order. I haven’t had an order that went through that has been accepted as soon as I clicked on it. I signed up last year. I live in Santa Rosa. I have mentioned the issues with the app several times. Not sure why I am not getting accepted on the order?

I signed up for this gig app, and they gave me an order, despite being a long distance but I drove to get it delivered, after which I delivered the package I was assigned to another delivery and I took it and delivered it, they usually process payments mondays and Fridays, as it was my first time I decided not to take another order till I get paid to be sure. I received an email that my commission has been processed and it usually takes 1-2 business days from my bank to be in my account, now it’s been 7 days now and I have called my bank but they said they didn’t receive any payment, I have tried calling the Senpex customer support but no one is answering, it keeps responding on automated messages and drops the call. This company is really a scam y'all be careful. And also when I signed up for the app, after I put in every details as required including bank details, I used about 4-5 different bank accounts but they refused to verify any of them, they kept sending me a message that they were unable to verify my bank details, not until I accepted an order and I had to send them a message, they sent me a link on how to verify my account details and that moment they verified it, but till now I haven’t still received my payment in the same bank account. This is a scam

Beware!! I drive for multiple gig apps and never had a payment issue like this.I recently I had a SenPex delivery order for pick up 10 min away from delivery catering. The gap time was 55 min from pick up and delivery time.I arrived 15 min early at drop of clients where already waiting outside.Was very pleased I was early I delivered the food.I get a message from Senpex saying why where you 15 min early to deliver.I asked was I just supposed to drive around with there food even after I had picked up from restaurant? Anyways I was given a negative mark I was not paid the agreed delivery fee and received a portion of the tip customer left.I tried retrieving my compensation with no luck.Seems shady never spoke with anyone that seems like the where in United States,I'm guessing middle east or India.Just be careful I was ripped off and have the receipts very shady company

I was really in a pinch because I left something for our daughter's wedding at home (350 miles away!) and I kind of held my breath to see if this was really a legit company and Senpex could bring a fragile package to my hotel. I would absolutely recommend the service to anyone!
I was contacted within 5 minutes of first posting a request to the company, the driver stayed in touch with me regarding pickup time (he was actually early, which was great) and estimated arrival for delivery, and the gentleman who booked the service wished my family a wonderful wedding day.

I signed up to be a Senpex courier and got approved few days ago I have left the app on day and night since then and no gig assignments. One popped up for a few seconds on the first day, but nothing since. Beginning to think this is an elaborate ID scam but we'll see. App is still on all day. I called customer service on the third and the guy said, "Just leave the app on, it's just a little slow. " Slow? This is non-existent!

Thank you guys! I love to work with you! My flowers are always delivered to my clients in time. Not many courier companies can deliver 30-40 orders by one driver at the same day!
