My family and I are very happy with their services. ETA for both packages via air was 10 days, to our pleasant surprise the packages from Chicago to Belgium arrived much sooner than expected. The fact that we were able to track them down online made me and my niece super happy especially when they were delivered on time. Most packages we've sent before were via USPS, not only it costs us more than double sending the package, my family was also charged when they picked it up from the Belgium post office. You do the math 🚀

I used the service for multiple shippings. I highly recommend it. The first package we sent was a computer that arrived to the destination in perfect condition. The cost was amazing and totally worth it. We also sent a number of boxes with personal belongings that are coming by sea in few weeks.
