Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. Received confirmation from them that my delivery was scheduled on 4/12/21 from 10am-2pm. Waited and waited. At 2:30pm, I emailed them for an ETA. Never heard back. Got a call from the delivery driver at 4PM saying he was 20 minutes away. I went outside back and forth to make sure I didn't miss him. Well what do you know, no one showed up. No one was outside, no one knocked at the door. Then I look at my phone and see the missed calls saying I wasn't home. He never showed up. I have been waiting on my new bed to be delivered for over a month. Thanks to the delivery driver being over 2 hours late and not showing up, my whole day off was wasted and now I don't have a bed to sleep on! I called this morning, and they're telling me that the earliest they have to reschedule is another 4 days out? I don't think so. I'm waiting on them to call me back. Claims they need to speak to the dispatch to see if they have something earlier. Not my problem if you got delivery drivers that can't properly perform the job. I have paid over $200 worth of shipping. I need to be compensated for this foolishness. I shouldn't have to pay for this. This really makes the company look really stupid. I have already written a complaint to the company that I bought the bed from letting them know that the shipping company they use is lousy and not dependable.

We were supposed to be picking up 144 boxes today from O'hare airport, that Allen Wu with RW had pre-cleared and charged us a hefty price for so that we may pick up our shipment tonight. As it turns out he neglected to pay our customs for us or to process any of the paperwork. We are on a tight time crunch to pick up our time sensitive shipment and now we are trapped in a position where we can't reach anyone at RW and o'hare airport is refusing to release our cargo due to RW's negligence in this manner.

Terrible customer service, untrustworthy company and employees, no one answers their phones or emails at RW and they fail to pay the customs bill for their customers. I have been struggling to pick up my cargo for several days now because RW has not bothered to process customs when they guaranteed it would be handled 4 days ago.

Horrible company. Lost our shipment and instead delivered a crate that belongs to a company in Australia. Then claimed it was our problem. Don't trust these people.
