Their 3PL team is inexperienced and incapable of doing the business.
They did not honor the agreement and overcharged us by 80%. When we asked questions about the invoice, they refused to give any explanations and started to hold our cargo.
The CEO Joseph Lee is very rude and arrogance.
I would not recommend anyone to do business with JWI.
