This is a tremendous auto shop, owned and operated by wonderful, honest people. I broke down on the interstate while traveling for business, nearly 1,000 miles away from home. They were incredibly kind and flexible to assist with my situation, and even stored my vehicle for three weeks, free of charge, until I was able to return and pay for the repairs. I cannot say enough good things about these kind and compassionate people. On top of that the repairs were completed professionally and at an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend Rusty's to anyone in this part of the country. They were an answer to prayer.

Very very racist. I Sent my son here to get a tire put on his car and he charged him higher than anybody else . I highly recommend going somewhere else . If you’re not white you will not get any good service . Every one got an attitude . Go home then.

Rude guys that showed up to help. But those small town service men are forever looking for a way to squeeze extra money. Told me 2 different prices. I’d recommend a more reputable & fairly priced & staffed place of business

Absolutely terrible! Do not use these guys. Called ahead and wanted my grandmothers truck diagnosed. The blower motor wasnt working. She said she could kick a wire and it starts working. She takes it up there and they quote us a compressor and the works without even popping the hood. I wouldn’t let these guys change the oil in a lawnmower.

Update. They charged her decent on swapping some tires over so I brought up my rating.

Worst customer service you can imagine- from the lady who sits at the desk to the guy she referred to as “the mechanic “ I surely hope he wasn’t Rusty! Spend your money with a respectful business where it will be appreciated. Only reason they got the one star is because that is the minimum

Absolutely amazing..... Saturday 6 pm broke a pully thing and serpentine belt started shredding so we were stuck on Highway 64 in the middle of nothing and they came and towed us and had my Jeep fixed and on the road by 7. Best service ever. If I ever have anymore problems I'm going to go back there.
