Was told one thing was wrong with my truck one day, and they had to order a part. Come in the next day and was given a whole different list of things wrong with it, and they weren't going to fix it that day after we waited all day for it to be fixed. All because they screwed up. Been 5 days and my truck still isn't fixed all it needed was an abs sensor. Did even fix what needed to be fixed. Been a week to fix abs sensor and still not fixed. Never go here

On two separate occasions Hunter Harris has gone above and beyond the norm to get me the right parts as rapidly as he could. Hunter, has always responded to my emails quickly and I have never waited longer than 10 mins before getting a response. Since my parts rep Mackenzie Inscore and Hunter Harris has taken over the Bauxite schools account we have experienced the kind of service a committed dealership delivers. I have direct phone and email access to both of them which I greatly appreciate not having to deal with someone in a different state or centralized phone hub. So, my final statement is directly to Rush Truck Centers. Rush if you truly want to improve your business hire more people like Hunter and Mackenzie.
