At the last moment, I needed to rent a trailer to move my son to his apartment at Auburn University. The original plan had fallen through, giving us only one hour before most rental agencies closed. Calling the one that was closest to my home, they did not have a trailer at their location. So Dave managed to find a trailer from a different location and have it delivered there while I went home to get the hitch for my car. He stayed at the storage unit until I arrived ( by then, it was after hours). The pin we had bought to hook up the hitch was too short, so he let us to borrow the one from his truck, and trusted me enough to return it when I came back! He hooked the trailer up for me also! SUCH A HELPFUL MAN!
Rocket City i Storage, is a new storage unit and rental. It's super clean! Has gated storage units with plenty of room to maneuver your vehicle. It even has covered RV parking units. It's well lit, so I wasn't afraid to drop it off after dark by myself.
Best of all, Dave is very friendly and helpful. As I'm sure, all the employees there are.
Much thanks to you Dave for getting me out of a crunch!

Went here today to see about the sizes of the trucks since we're not too sure how big of one we'd need. Went inside the building to speak to someone for help, there was not a soul inside. Called out, no response. Went back outside and saw a woman walking towards the building, asked her if she works here and she dismissively says "Yeah" and starts to walk away again. I asked her about if one of the trucks I was looking at was a 15 foot one, since I was unsure about the sizes. Again, she dismissively says "Yeah" and begins to walk away AGAIN!! Finally I'm like "Well is there any way you can let me look in it?" And she says "Yeah you can just go open the back and look in it." And she walks away back into the building. Absolutely treacherous customer service. Why do you think I'm asking if you work there? I'm not interviewing you, I have questions about the trucks before I rent one!!
