Entrance at Guard Gate is narrow and congested. Guard was friendly and helpful. Leaving the gate to head to Docks was narrow and congested. I was assigned a dock (113) at 6400. Right in front of a fire hydrant and curb that stuck out. Doable, just a little tight to maneuver. Once in, checked in with office, they were polite, however seemed annoyed. Requested that I shut down truck or if I wanted to idle for heat, disconnect and stay in front of trailer. They began loading me within 15 minutes. 7 HOURS LATER, they finished. It was ridiculous. No communication, no explanation, just wait for paperwork to be brought out. Was there in total, just shy of 8 hours.

This place can be very busy at times. The mobile lifts travel very quickly (so keep your eyes open.) And try not to get hit.
It seems like there is not much accountability there. But it is easy to get around.

Appointment time at 10am, showed up at 9am and was directed to go dock at the offsite location shown on the map which is down the road. Checked in and docked around 9:20am, it is now 1pm and they have just started loading me at a slow pace (maybe one pallet every 7-10 min). I wouldn’t come here unless you need a nap, like wasting time, or just don’t like making money. I’ll be lucky if I make it out of here before 6pm.
