We never had a problem of any kind, and the staff was always wonderful to work with. The security was excellent!! Before moving to Red Oak, our previous storage building location was burglarized and the thieves took almost all of our stuff. No such problems in our 7-8 years at Red Oak. Good People and a good business. I highly recommend Red Oak Storage!!!!!

Red Oak Storage is the absolute best place. Excellent security!! We had a storage unit at another place in Hot Springs, unfortunately we were broke into 3 different times. Several valuable items stolen and the storage facility each time said "security camera's were not working". Wish we would have rented from Red Oak from the very beginning!!!!! Bree is the absolute best.
We will never rent a storage unit from anyone but RED OAK!!!!!

Red Oak Storage is an excellent facility for personal property or for larger items like boats and RVs. Very clean and spacious units and large area to maneuver in to get your boats or larger items around. Great customer service and very secure. I highly recommend Red Oak Storage to anyone!

Have had covered storage for both our boat and motorhome. Electric for the motorhome. Great safe place well lit, gravel base and traps to deter rodents, always available by phone when you have a problem, they solve the problem quickly! Gate Shut off at 11p.m to deter thieves, well fenced, security cams.
