Our dispatcher booked a load with Reckart on July 22nd, They did not provide us with all the details regarding the delivery of the load, like it needed a Crane Appt in order to deliver. Our truck had mechanical issues and we advised them and told them the new delivery date they came back with a Bill of $4000 for the crane appt. They offered to pay half of it to help us with the cost ,we agreed, after we delivered and we paid in full to the crane team we asked them for their half and they denied us.
Very bad service, did not come through in their word and even accused us of holding hostage the load.

They also try to double broker freight, i know first hand as they tried to double broker one of our loads. Stay away from this company, this company need to be close, a lot of frauds,
