This guys provide me very poorest service.
I wanted to give them zero star but unfortunately there is no option for that.
Sharing the latest incident happened with me.
I booked them on march 2023 to move my house stuffs from Bentonville Arkansas to Grande Prerie TX. And paid them half of the amount.
I had given them all the item lists that was about to move. They told me that i can add further item later on as well.
Also they told me that they will deliver my item on the date whatever i will ask them to do. So i gave them loading time on 05/30/2023 and unloading on 06/31/2023 and they agreed.
Meanwhile due to some reason, my destination address got change from
Grand Prerie to Irving. That i told their customer support team as well as their dispatch team as well. Both of them
Confirm that they have corrected my address but actually i didnt.
Now game begin from here.
After sometime i got a call from the movers company that is nothing but was a third party as these people do not have their own truck.
And that mover guy told me that he will come on 05/30 at 10 am.
Meanwhile i was in touch with him almost more than a months and he told me that he will give me free packing services as well.
On 29th, when i call him to confirm when he will come on the next date he gave me the same time as 10 AM. When i confirmed the remaining amount that i have to paid he told me no, in that much amount he will not give me the service. I told him that i have already paid half of the amount to Ready Movers and they only told to give him the pending amount only so he said no they are broker and he dont care how much i have paid him, he will not go in that much amount and ask me to pay him $6000/$7000.
Since it was the last moment and in the short notice no other movers were ready to give me the service on the same day and my lease was expiring on 30th only so i had no other option left.
I called the Ready movers and they told me there are some misunderstandings between them and that vendor and they are looking another vendor for me and will update me by EOD.
Then whole day i was waiting for their call, even called him almost 10 times but neither they picked my call nor call me back. Then i send an escalation email on their customer support’s email.
I was not sure what i will do next day.
Then in the night they called and told
me that they got my email and gave me the another vendor number.
I spoke to him and confirmed the charges, he was agreed but with new terms.
1- he will deliver my item on the same day i.e 05/30. i told him that i was told that my item will be delivered to me based on my wish. But he didn’t agreed. So finally i had to pay them $500 extra for to deliver my item on 31st.
2. In my package i was given 3 hrs free for loading and unloading then after $199/hrs.
You guys wont believe that vendor’s two men took 2.5 hrs just to load my below items.
1. Queen mattress with bed frame
2. One twin mattress with bed frame
3. 1 office table and chairs
4. Two plastic chairs
5. 7 packed boxes.
6. TV, table and few more items
And charged me $199 extra.
Then this packers movers gave me the receipt on which my destination address is incorrect.
I have mailed him 3 times to send me correct receipt but they are neither receiving my phone not reverting back my calls.
THIS GUYS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, So PAY Some extra to some trustworthy movers but don’t hire them. For me this was a scam and i wont hire them again nor suggest them to any of my friendships or family
