First off the smart lock feature is amazing! Never have to remember to bring the key. Clean and brand new. Moved a client in and there is plenty of room for a moving truck. Very good place and staff is friendly and accommodating.

Used them for just under a year. Service was always friendly, they even called me once to notify me that I hadn't properly locked my unit just after I had visited, so talk about secure! All my items were in the exact perfect condition I had left them, would highly recommend!

Save yourself time and don’t go here. I’ve used UHaul in at least 6 states and do so regularly. This is absolutely the most painful experience yet. The worker was rude and not helpful. She did everything to make renting as difficult as possible. It was as if she was trying to deter me from renting with them. I finally walked out and went to the location on Towson and they were so friendly and helpful.

I have never been treated so well by any other business I’ve dealt with! Stephanie Goins helped me when I wanted to add a second 5x5 storage unit to the existing one we had for about a year. She showed me a 10x10 unit available in the same building, and that was perfect for us. We moved everything out of the smaller unit to the larger unit, which was ideal. Stephanie explained all of the paperwork in a clear, concise manner, and we were very pleased. I would recommend Razorback Storage to anyone needing that service.
