This is definitely the worst cab company I have ever had to deal with. I had an experience with them one time where the dispatcher sent the cab to what I told them was my destination instead of to my apartment which was where I told them I needed picked up at. I called again an hour later and the dispatcher actually argued with me saying that I told them I needed picked up at the body shop and that they usually don't make multiple trips for one ride. Then when the cab driver got there she wouldn't let me in the cab. I tried to open the door but it was locked so I knocked on the window and I was waiving my hands and she just drove off, about ten minutes later she came back and finally let me in the cab and she was trying to say she didn't see me there and I told her I tried to open the door and was even knocking on the window and waiving my hands around. It took me over 3 hours to actually get to the body shop from when I originally called them and if it hadn't been raining I would have just walked. I downloaded Uber after this experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I waited an hour and a half and called THREE TIMES during. Never turning to this service again. Their reviews truly reflect the quality of their service. They need to hire more dispatchers and drivers if they want to make money with their business. I have a feeling that the ONE dispatcher they do have is the owner and that she is ripping off all of her drivers of honest pay. She’s clearly not reinvesting in the business. Do NOT use this service unless there is no other option, and then you better hope and pray that you don’t have to be anywhere on time. You’re better off calling friends or family.

Was blessed with a really great driver whom was engaging and easy going which made the trip even more enjoyable. Was even. Courteous enough to ask us if we would like to stop and exchange taxis when the one we were in started making noises he Was not accustomed to hearing. For fear of breaking down in the cold before we reached our destination.

Called at 1:50pm to be picked up from Walmart on Rogers ave, to be dropped off by the mall. Sat by the front doors on a ecart for literally an hour. Called at 2:50 and they said they had pulled up earlier ago. Did not receive a phone call and didn’t see the cab pull up at all.. this is definitely worst experience. They are horrible. Don’t get me started with the operator who just hangs up in your face. By far rude and no manners.

If I could give zero stars I assure you I would.

I waited patiently for over an hour with my child and had a no show.

My first issue came with the dispatcher who when I called and attempted to reserve a ride, hung up on me before I could fully get the address out of my mouth.

I called back and tried to ensure that the address was correct and was met with what I have decided will never happen again.

Sorry sorry sorry service. Always has been...

I downloaded Uber and had a ride within 10 minutes... Such a simple app and super informative!

Razorback cab needs to do the city of fort smith a favor and just go ahead and shut down.. such an awf waste of a needed service.

Shame on you guys.

Took an hour an 15 mins to be picked up at home. Had a business appointment an was extremely late. The driver had a large thick wood club in the frount seat. Im all about protection but that was scary to see. I was afraid to say anything, but that's a good thang as he was very rude. I could tell he didn't know the area as he drove the longest way to get to my destination. I was never so happy to get out of that cab.
My cab driver that pick me up from my business appointment was really nice an took an awesome route back home.

The absolute worst example of “customer service” I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Called and requested a ride and after about 20 minutes I very politely called back JUST to confirm and was immediately yelled at about how they’re extremely busy because -and I quote- “crackheads” are spending all their money due to it being the first of the month (among other things) and I was gonna be waiting a while. I immediately hung up and downloaded the Uber app. The only positive thing I experienced was a driver called later to see if I still needed a ride and apologized for the dispatchers... Behavior.

Their dispatch is ALWAYS RUDE DAY AND NIGHT DISPATCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They get an attitude and talk any kind of way to paying customer's wish another cab company would open here thats professional with dispatch that isnt rude they also leave you waiting for hours quiet often and they dont care about your situation the dispatch hangs up if you try! The drivers have always been nice and pleasant though
