Good people. If the product is ready fast in and out. You get loaded when you pull thru the building from the back. Park around back, walk in door #1 (far right), go to very front, make left and past break room turn right to check in. Bathrooms are up front too. Everything needs to be tarped, there are a few customers they know that don't need tarps so won't hurt to ask when you check in.

This place has me waiting 4 hours so far to get loaded. Had an appointment, but was told it was for two days ago, which was weird. Even weirder, they said it hadn't been cut yet. Others are done loading, but for some reason don't have their paperwork yet. I don't know what's going on here, but this place is horrible for loading

I was a little hesitant at first to send my driver in, but when I saw Pete the manager say to contact him, I took a leap of faith. I called him this morning 30 mins before my driver arrived for his scheduled appointment. I was greeted by a very kind gentlemen. The call was turned over to Pete and he assured me that there would be no issue getting my driver in and out. I did not experience any rude behavior from the staff. I checked with my driver and he was pleased with his experience as well. Pete is a man of his word. He was in and out in 1.5 hours. A little patience and communication goes a long way. We are a local carrier always looking for great companies to partner with. We look forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

Should be NEGATIVE stars! Pitiful! Worst place ever for loading carriers! Arrive at 2:30 for 3:00 appointment and get told they haven’t even cut the product to be transported! 7:30 still NOTHING. Rude, smart mouth employees on top of poor service. People arriving after us all gone! 7:45 FINALLY get called in to get loaded. How in the hell do you sell a product, take order for a product you haven’t even made? Why even set an appointment if you don’t have it made? Idiots!

This is absolutely my favorite location to load and unload. All the crain operators are amazing. They get a guy in and out and understand the driver has limited time.

Hello there world,,shout out to you with much love. Ratner Steel,, I'm currently stuck waiting to get my trailer loaded.. but they are just really backed up and running behind. But the entire staff has been great in communicating their issues to us, the drivers.. The atmosphere is great and everyone has a great attitude which makes the wait worthwhile... thanks Ratner you guys are great....

Im in and out of the osceola location a few times a week and Im always treated with respect from the ladies in the office , the plant manager and staff. They are willing to help me with any questions that I have and try their best to get me in and out as quick as they can!
