I just want to thank my fellow Italian agent Mike B. at PAL! My new car left from
Buffalo NY on a Tuesday evening and got delivered in Fort Pierce FL on Thursday morning! I was concerned because the car was lowered and I didn’t want any underbody damages and he worked with me to make sure the transporter took good care of my car! Great, fast and friendly service and customer support! Highly recommend!

Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.
