Friendly service. Love having a spot in Siloam to drop off packages and returns. They accept Amazon returns if they are already labeled. They don't scan the QR code returns.

I called this store today at near-closing. I do not have her name but she was SO KIND, and answered my questions and literally started my transaction(info input) in order to help me mail my pkg! All while on the phone and trying to close, I would imagine! Awesome woman, much respect! And a sincere "thank you" from me.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I am a small business owner and had 2 packages to be sent to customers, dropped off at this office on Thursday early afternoon. A short dark haired lady with a baby took the packages. We were told mail pickup/drop off was every day at 4:00pm. I keep checking the tracking numbers and they have never been checked into USPS. We tried reaching this office between the hours of 4pm - 5pm and no one ever answered. They are now of course closed for the weekend and my packages who knows where. I cannot get ahold of anyone via phone, email, FB, nothing. I am just at their mercy that they read my messages and get it mailed out on Saturday. 🤞 Do not recommend using them, especially as a small business owner and having product out on time, being important part of your business.

Using Postal Express is like having an in-house mailing service. Knowledgable about the best way to ship items, as well as great customer service. As an author, I can trust that when I ship my books through Postal Express my clients are happy to receive their shipment in a timely manner. One time I needed to have a box shipped while I was out of town to arrive at a conference on time and they were super helpful to allow me to leave it with them for a week until I had all the information.

Highly recommmend the awesome customer service at Postal Express.

Recently moved to the area and they’re literally the only place to bring FedEx and UPS packages! Also accepts USPS too (which saves you from having to stand in line at the local post office since they don’t just let you drop them off in Siloam). Fast, Efficient, and Friendly - Thank You Postal Express 👌

They got everything you need to mail anything you want. They are also a ups drop-off location for free like a regular ups store so if you have Amazon returns or whatever they take those free. I wasn't sure since they are called postal express but it's true they do. The lady working inside was quite nice and helpful. Good vibes overall. They were busy but she was getting people in and out fast and was very friendly with the people she was assisting before me as well.

Had the worst experience at the Post Office and had to come here to see if they’ll take care of me better. They did such a fantastic job! Told them that I can’t print my label, they literally took care of all of my issues. I am so glad that you guys are in town. Because the Post Office literally dismiss me and wouldn’t even seal my package with one tape. I appreciate your time and just letting you guys know that you are doing a great job!
