Excellent service here! Such a great part of the community! I drop off packages here regularly and Patty and her staff are wonderful. If I need more than a drop off, they have everything I need to assist. Always friendly, great pricing and their remodel is SO nice! They did an amazing job! So grateful that they are close by!

I've been using Postal Center USA for years to ship all manner of items big and small for my business and will absolutely be a lifelong customer.

Whether I'm shipping a welcome package to a new hire, or a thank you gift to a longtime client, Postal Center USA is enormously helpful in ensuring my packages arrive safe and on time.

I'm always stunned at how quick and easy the process is, and everybody who works there is super nice and helpful! They really take the edge off shipping and will simply choose whichever option is cheapest/quickest etc. to get your packages where they need to go. Couldn't ask for better service!

The store is always clean, well lit, and welcoming. The new renovations look awesome.

I recently delivered holiday gifts to my entire staff and Postal Center USA didn't bat an eye when we showed up unannounced with 18+ packages (many weighing more than 40lbs). They even grabbed a few dollies to help wheel packages from my car to the store! Absolutely above and beyond service, we were totally blown away.

We moved away from Whitisnville but still drive an extra 15 minutes to keep using them for all our shipping needs. Way to go Postal Center USA!

You will never regret the service you receive at the postal center! I own a business and ship several items a week. They are always smiling and super helpful. I have been in recently with a couple tough things to ship and they have solved the problem successfully every time with a smile on their face. All four employees and knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I am thrilled to have them in our little town!

This place is incredible. I no longer need to waste time driving around looking for those individual FedEx and UPS drop boxes. I can bring my returns from any carrier and they handle it in a matter of minutes. Incredible concept!
