We just started using PLS for our freight shipments at the beginning of this year and have no complaints. Will Carney helps us every step of the way offering competitive rates, finding us good drivers in a timely manner, and keeping us updated throughout the entire shipment from pickup to delivery. If a driver backs out of a pickup last minute Will has no problem finding a recovery driver to be there the same day to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service and performance.

I took a partial load from Grand Junction CO TO PALM BAY FL.
I BLEW A HEAD GASKET OR INJECTOR WENT BAD.
I HAD TO CALL A TOW TRUCK TO BE TAKEIKG TO A SHOP.
Because of the 4th of July, they will not look at it.

We kept in touch with this broker and let them know.

I took an Uber from Paducah KY to Nashville tn Airport $299.00 plus an airfare $179.00 to Ocala FL, then another Uber from Orlando FL $199.00 this is the thanks I get from this thiefs

Plus, I Bobtail with another truck back to KY to pick up the trailer and make my deliveries.
All this I did to deliver this ashle load and they took 250.00 out of my pay.
I hate this type of broker that gets in this business with no knowledge of the transportation business.
Trucks do break down. I delivered 1 day after, but I kept my responsibility to deliver this partial load.
Is other partial on the truck all the other broker understood the problem except Ross Kinder from PLS.
These are the typical brokers that should be out of business
They look for reason to keep your money.

We need to stick together truckers they need us more that we need them.

I am tired of everyone taking advantage of us brokers, mechanics, Shippers, Receivers.
I have been trucking since 1977, and the old brokers were excellent people. Now we have anyone come in this business without any knowledge of trucking.

Brokers should not be involved. It should be us and the customers so these things don't
happen.

If they need to steel from us to feed their families, so take my money if you need to put food in your table for your kids by steeling.

I picked up a load in FL going to NJ for PLS. The loaded miles were about 900 miles. After 300 miles into the trip my headgasket blew out they called me a liar then recovered the load. PLS argeed to pay me on taking the load around 300 miles. Ryan said he would send a rate confirmation. We'll they never paid and told my factoring company that the load was canceled.. and now today received a notice that they short paid me around $180 on a different load. From personal experiences bad things happen to no good people.

I've been working on shipments with Landon for the last month now. I'm an air freshener manufacturer, so we move a few pallets a month. I have received the best quotes through Landon/PLS- which is GREAT considering how expensive everything is these days. Not only that, Landon really puts a lot of focus and care into our shipments. One in specific was a complicated pick up and drop off at a hub in Orlando, FL for a tradeshow we were exhibiting at. He stayed in contact with the hub throughout the entire process to make sure there weren't any issues. Very much appreciated.
