This isn't an easy review to do.... To review a company that you hold in high esteems, in a lesser than positive light takes thought and frustration, and a desire for change, The repetitive inability to be consistent are ongoing that have been stagnant and unresolved for months and even years. there teams are inundated with work, and have positions left open and unfilled for long periods of time .

Vessel operations continue moving on and on. You have to keep up better. The love we have for Maritime logistics and the respect of one of the industries most esteemed agents, is a key piece as to why I choose not to elaborate on the shortcomings and lack of consistency this agency offers.

I am sitting inside the AMPORTS terminal waiting on, one specific email to approve a vehicle delivery without the title(yes... they have the title on file and it has been verified by GRIMALDI) YET....no reply to a simple email that says yes . yes we have the title.

Though, this piece may seem unimportant g ... if you aren't knowledgeable of export business pertaining to West Afrikan cargo delivery to port.. it is of the upmost important. If I don't stay to make sure this is handled ..then the cargo can face redelivery charges, that could lead to it missing it's sailing schedule and incurring storage charges for being left inside the terminal until it is loaded onto the next sailing vessel.

The shipping line will tack on storage charges that must be paid, and will definitely be tacked on to the shippers invoice before telex release in West Afrika ..These agent issues causes an increase of fees for exporters. NGL, A few hundred in storage can quickly turn in to thousands.. so basically you are shipping in the red.. see how one thing can change many things .. Norton Lily, please don't come for me, unless you intend to sit down and do a consult to see how your port operations can be more efficient... ACL/Grimaldi and Sallaum same FOR YOU. Get some boots on the ground so that you can be more efficient.... If efficiency is truly what you want....🤔 I will end rant here, as I am still inside the terminal waiting on a simple reply from Norton Lily to receive cargo ..DO BETTER, HIRE BETTER, CREATE EFFICIENCY FOR YOUR CLIENTS. I have never I mean never been so upset about how we have been dealt with ever from a business. We got a car shipped over and my brother called them weeks prior and they told us they would handle customs and other things. I called two days prior to us picking up the car and good thing I did because now we had to declare our own car through customs, set up an appt with the terminal for other things, and when I asked for information about the car they said they don't know call the terminal. Who am I talking to if you have no idea what is going on with my car. I hated talking to them because they had no idea what was going on with the car. They took forever passing this test and they sent no email keeping us updated with anything. I am so angry with this company and how they treated us.
