I only go there when I absolutely have to because they have a sale or I crave the ham salad from their deli. The person at the deli is EXTREMELY rude and shouldn't have a job in customer service, but she is just the worst at this store. The rest of the employees aren't friendly at all anywhere in the store.

Pick 'n Save has stepped up their game. I used to shop at Festival, but now I do most of my grocery shopping here. Pick 'n Save has a nicer produce section and has consistently lower prices than Festival.

Store is always clean and organized very well . The bakery is amazing along with there deli . There is an employee at the service counter who is very short with people which is why they get a 3 star rating .

I really like the new Pick 'n Save! Friendly Employees make this place a great choice for me. I had my 3 boys (1yr old, 3 yr old and 6 yr old) with me and we were actually here twice today. The first time for flowers for a birthday (I really love their selection and prices are pretty decent - especially compared to walmart). We then returned 3 hours later to pick up some groceries (3 items). All throughout the store employees were very friendly and smiled at me even tho My 3 yr old was starting to get bored near the end of our excursion and started screaming because he wanted out of the cart. 🙄🤪 Lol. Tristen (the cashier) and the gentleman who normally takes care of the grocery carts helped me and were very kind. They bagged my food and got me an extra cart because we bought just a little more than planned. They were courteous even tho my child was being a little obnoxious. They were not snarky at all and it was a pleasant shopping experience (even with the meltdown of my tired, hungry offspring). It makes me feel so good that I chose Pick 'n Save today for my bananas, cilantro and the $80 more of really yummy food. Lol 🙂 Thank You!!

So my 2nd time back in pick and save almost ended really bad. I went in to get milk on WIC and I always get whole milk. Well my husband put the milk in the way back of the truck and when you stop and go everything slides to the back door. We'll needless to say I opened my back hatch to look for my phone thay had been forgotten in a shopping cart instead, and the 1 gallons of milk fell out and broke all over the ground. So I went back in to get 2 more gallons and it wouldn't accept my WIC card. So I asked for a manager the first lady that came right off the bat had a straight up attitude to the point where I almost hit her. She was cocky and nasty to me. Then this amazing women which I belive was also a manger named Pam came over and rubbed my shoulder and said it's OK calm down I'll help you. She also tried to fix my card issue. It didn't work but she made sure I was still able to leave with milk for my kids and a smile on my face. She is a blessing and deserves to be praised for it. She is someone thay knows how to make a costumer feel like they want to come back. She was truly touched with the caring heart.

I love the deli , they have better fried chicken then kentucky fried chicken , and the prices are amazingly cheap , On Friday they have amazing fried fish And onion rings , Those are sold by the pound on a hot bar. And it's so much cheaper than a sit down restaurant or a drive up window , it's the best in town. I totally recommend this Pic n' Save.
