If I could give negative stars I would! This company has a driver working for them that hit my 16 year old daughter driving to school in her car. I spoke with him briefly to ask questions and he said "I didn't see her" then proceeded to tell me he can't stay for the police because "it is going to be to hard to find another job". I am just mind blown that a grown man can leave a 16 year old crying her eyes out, scared, and hurt because he thinks his job is more important than the well being of another life. I have tried to reach out to this company many times to speak with someone about the incident and have gotten nowhere and nobody can understand me or vis-a-versa. Who does business this way?! My daughter had to go to the ER and is recovering very slowly. The car is probably totaled and I can't just wait around to get the ball rolling on my repairs, my insurance company hasn't had any luck getting in touch with anyone either. I shouldn't have to be responsible for the negligence of this driver or the company. I hope you think twice before letting this company take care of your freight needs....who knows who they hurt on the way to or from the pick up or drop off of goods. I work in an industry for a large company that uses companies for similar needs and I will NEVER use Phoenix cargo!! I like to use companies that have great values, morals, a conscience, a brain or heart, and safety training instilled in their employees. Just sad.....
