DO NOT GET YOUR PET GROOMED HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET DISRESPECTED! My dad and stepmother tried to take my dog for a nail trim on 12/1/24; and the grooming people were rude and denied them service because it was required that he had to walk on his own. My dog is still young and is scared of new and public places, they had zero respect or regard for my dog. I called and complained to the manager even though she was professional; I wish she could have allowed his nails to be trimmed and be more accepting of his tidiness and shyness. She needs to be better at her job and not lie to my dad about where to take my dog to get his nails trimmed, I will be contacting corporate and be taking my dog to Jonesboro going forward.

Took my small dog in for grooming and when I went to pick her up all they did was give her a bath and she was still wet. No nail trim, no sanitary cut…She doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body but they said she repeatedly tried to bite them. Will never take her back again. 100% never recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and great environment for your pets. My dog had never been groomed by anyone other then me so i didnt know exactly how he would do. I voiced my concerns and they were very thoughtful.they did a wonderful job and worked around his anxieties.

On Sunday 9/8 at approximately 10:30 I checked the website to check the hours of operation for the salon and then I drove all the way to Paragould and no one was there to trim my dogs nails. The lady at the counter was very rude and unhelpful and said no one would be there till 1 o’clock after I drove all the way there, I asked her to call Jonesboro she did not. She went to talk to the manager and after coming back out, said that they would not be able to help me anyway because they were booked and this is a walk-in visit. I suggest you update your hours of operation so people don’t drive all the way there and then have to drive all the way to Jonesboro. She was a heavyset girl and has terrible customer service I will not be returning to this location

Don't ever think about going to get something from here come rain, snow, or anything more than a drizzle they'll use any excuse to be "closed for inclement weather" even when it's clear as day and the roads are extra salted.

Waited forever at the counter. Finally got a heavy set lady who didn't seem interested in any questions I had about my dog food,and ignored me when i asked about a sale item i had. She wouldn't even smile. It felt like she was rushing me to get out her way so that she could continue what ever she was doing while I was waiting on her. This is poor customer service and makes me feel like they don't care about our fur babies at all. I will be calling corporate.
