After about two years of employment, I think I can make a fair assessment about Pc logistics. It’s a good family company but unfortunately they delegate authority to people who are incompetent dispatchers who have no experience drivers who destroyed the equipment and a flawed business plan I’m only saying this because I heard the manager before he quit say you can’t run a trucking company on broker loads yet the dispatchers undermined him and the company lost moneyI quit because it was clear to me no matter how hard you tried to do the right thing the dispatchers would try to abuse you while playing favorites to the slackers kinda sad to see what the industry is becoming

Driver speeding 15+ miles over the speed limit and tailgating like crazy while weaving in and out of traffic through Chicago on a Volvo semi truck. Does this company even have a safety department I have dashcam video footage and other info to back it up.
