They now have inward facing cameras and you have to do the hair drug test.
Okay starter company for new drivers to gain experience. 1200 to 1800 miles a week.

Paschall truck lines is a very good place to work. For the most part. I have been treated very good and respectful. There are no companies that are perfect. They just don't exist. People have their own personalities. Companies each have sets of rules. This is where the most part comes in. No one, no company is perfect. Things will happen that are going to get you upset no matter where you work. You have to do your part. Ask question why something went wrong for you. No point in getting irritated when you never inquired about the reason. You have to contribute to any organization if you want the best results for you and the company you work for. That's just a common sense attitude. It should be everyones goal to earn respect, not demand it. The same holds true when Interacting with our customers. Make every day a good day. I was in West Memphis terminal Saturday 02-01-25 thru late morning 02-03-25. Was greeted with welcomeness and respect. Very nice crew. New steers and diagnostics. (Drives so much smoother). They were short handed but got the work done reasonably well. They thanked me for my patience, and I appreciate that very much. Please be respectful to these folks. Getting angry and upset will not get you in and out any quicker. It is your company too. Pick up after yourself, have a conversation with drivers. I'll admit, I got bored waiting. So I found a broom, swept the lounge, then mopped it. Looked so much better. You'd be surprised to find others want to pitch in. Pretty cool if you ask me. Set a good example every chance you get. Safe travels!

They'll get you a rental car to their location then offer you less money and send you home on a bus of yo don't agree. The also had the whole training class before me waiting on truck 2 days after their orientation was over.

They had me come in to transition to the new tablet and receive training. My wife and I got there last Thursday at 0800. The shop didn't even start working on my truck until Monday, and training didn't happen until Tuesday morning. So far they have only compensated me $200. That ain't gunna cut it. Then on top of the new tablet, on the same day they switched me to a new fleet manager...smh.
