Love the second story balcony, it lets you see the band very well. The first floor isn't elevated, so being a very short person I absolutely could not see anything even from the mosh pit. Band seemed to have many technical issues, unsure if it's the venue or no one's fault. My main compliant is that there's no seating whatsoever, wish there were at least bar stools, and a few chairs on the second floor would've made my day. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice. There's a no smoking policy, but there were absolutely people smoking left and right. Also, if you are a minor, they don't let you go outside and come back again. This is a problem if you are overwhelmed and just want to get some fresh air.

It was a great location and was very well managed. The show I went to had sold out tickets, and there was enough room for everyone to have their little space while still being able to feel as one audience. There is a bar at the back and a second floor that lets you see the performance from a little higher which was fun too. Overall a great experience, and I can't wait to make another trip and have another great music experience!

Great little venue, 2 levels and a bar. Sound was very good for this concert. Standing room only.

The venue was really cute and clean, bouncers were nice and overall felt pretty safe. The drink were a bit pricey ($9 for a modelo lol) and I’m pretty sure when I asked for a Paloma I got a tequila water 😭 overall the DJ they had was really really good and my friend and I had a good night!

We came for NT and had a blast. It was a great venue. The people all around were nice, and it didn't feel overcrowded. The only tidbit I will add is in some pictures, it shows tables and chairs upstairs, and there weren't any for this show. I guess it just depends on who is there. It would be great to have the option to have some seats for those who might need it. Overall, we were there for a concert and it was great! No complaints.

This venue is fantastic! Great sound and lighting, reasonable selection at the bar, and even though the venue is small the upper level means there's lots of room for people to enjoy a fairly intimate music experience. I want to go back when the bar in the back is open, looks like a whole separate area with good vibes and would probably be a nice little reprieve from the loud music if a break is needed.

Great venue in downtown Austin! The downstairs is all standing space and the upstairs had limited seating, but such a great vibe for live music. You can see the stage from any angle in the building. They have a full bar downstairs and a smaller bar setup upstairs so you’re never far from a drink! Parking garage across the street was only $10 on a Thursday evening, which was great since there was no street parking available.

Terrible venue and management, no seating and no signage. Made my handicapped wife move twice after good spots were taken up because there's no signage and made no reasonable accommodations for us to view the concert. Highly unprofessional and building is not up to code nor ADA accessible in any way. Restrooms are upstairs. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Update: Management came to address me and offered to be helpful which included buying my wife and I drinks. We did not accept. I will clarify an unfactural statement I made however. They stated they did have a ln ADA accessible restroom though I never saw it meaning you have to ask staff to get to it (no clear signage), there is also an elevator but it is blocked off by a "staff only" sign ( again, you would never know). The female shift lead that seemed to come in late and simply started trying to move people like cattle and didn't have time to hear her our concerns was the first problem, the second problem being that if the venue expects people to be certain places without being told they simply need to improve clarity and communication through signage. Place "no stools here" on the railing upstairs, place a "ADA restroom available downstairs" at the entry to the upstairs restrooms. Little things like that can go a long way to show you arr thinking of all your customers. This edit is for management so you have my feedback though I didn't appreciate trying to be "bought" out of a poor review. I'll make you a deal, you let me know when you've made changes and when I come back and see the improvement I will alter this review in the future.
