We purchased a 16 foot pit from these guys. We drove down to pick it up and they didn't have the 2 ladders that were included in the quote. They told us they would have them shipped to us. After not receiving them i tried to contact them several times. They have promised to send them or give me a refund. They haven't done either. I have contacted Andy several times and he has yet to follow through and either ship the ladders or give me a refund. I have reported them to the BBB and will most likely be pursing legal action.

The unfortunate thing is that we like pit and have had several other buddies and waterfowl club owners inquire about the pit. After this experience they won't be getting any more of our business nor will we be recommending them.

Andy initially wasn't very responsive when trying to place the order. We had to contact him several times and provide him with the same information multiple times. I wouldn't recommend these guys unless you want to spend the time staying on top of them to do the job, follow through and don't take them at their word.

No communication. Call 10 times in a day. Phone doesn't work, or they are ignoring phone calls.? Placed an order over a month ago still haven't received it. They said I didn't need to pay till it was ready to ship, waited 2 weeks, called and called, finally got a hold of someone. They said oh you have to pay before they build. These were stock items on their website. If you leave them a message, they will never call you back. Very irresponsible company.
