When you talk about the level of quality of service, integrity, professionalism, promptness and overall work ethic... the AAFES team would Rate the best of the best overall. They contacted me via text prior to set up a date of delivery with choices. They kept me updated and called as promised prior to arrival. The two gentlemen Ryan and Derrick were superb!!! All the aforementioned speaks to these men specifically. I would only expect this type of service moving forward. Thank you for sharing an Excellent Customer Experience with my delivery. The set up was effortless, because of these gentlemen.

The gentleman were on time and very fast with the assembly. The experience was so amazing. No issues with the delivery. I really appreciate the professionalism. My vanity looks great and very sturdy and well put together. I appreciate the clean up and the taking away the boxes. 5 stars!!!

The delivery was late. It was supposed to be here at 6:30. They got here at eight. One of the delivery. Men had an attitude. He wanted to drop it at the first open spot and I had to show him that it was not that it was to be placed in the room where I wanted it, and it really seemed to upset the younger delivery driver, the delivery driver got my couch inside the room without scratching up the back. The younger guy didn’t care. He just pushed it through the door scratch it all up to little hole in it. Then when I asked him know, could you check and see if it Still left in the sack and stuff so I went back in the house to check and look forward and they just didn’t say anything to me any shape of fashion. I gave him a rating of professional and kind because of the other guy, but the younger guy, he strictly had a problem attitude. I didn’t appreciate him messing up my furniture. I didn’t appreciate having to stay at home all day, I understand the weather was bad so I made some concessions for that but due to his attitude and the way he handle my furniture. I really need to change my rating for my three to one. I cleaned as much of a black marks off of my inside door frame as possible, like I said the other guy put it through there with no marks on and shape, formal fashion, but he didn’t care. He just pushed it Had stepped away I saw it afterwards. what it looks like after I cleaned it up

These two young men showed up after a day with me being the 20th delivery. They updated me as to the delivery time. They arrived and were personable, polite and didn’t scratch the walls. I wish there was a way to tip from here. I didn’t have much cash. They started at 6am, left my house at 7:30 pm and represented nothing but positive attitudes. Thanks you men. Your professionalism is very much appreciated.

The complete experience was timely and professional! I received texts of the delivery date with a 12 hour window, which was later updated to a 4 hour window. Received another text 30 mins prior to arrival. The young men, Tim and Ryan were polite, thorough, and professional, carefully unpacking the chest, assembling the feet, and placing it in my desired spot. After gathering all of the packing material and signing paperwork, with a cheerful greeting they were done in less than 30 minutes!
On Time Logistics, so far, has FIVE STARS with me!!

Delivery personnel delivered wrong recliners but were very helpful to communicate and correct the mistake. The same delivery personnel delivered the correct recliners more than a week later. There was no package or product damage. They gave a 30 minute courtesy call. Thank you!

Directions to facility were on point. Arrived at 8am, checked in, (plenty of dock space) immediately started unloading. Out by 9:30am. Would definitely come back here. Thanks Michelle

Ryan and Will were amazing! They carefully unboxed the chairs and brought them in the house individually and then meticulously unboxed the table and with great patience and care put the table together. They completed our dining set to perfection. Thank you!!!
