Do not follow GPS (street closures, low bridges) You need to get oh Hwy 104 East To Exit 94 take Alum Creek Dr South turn Right heading West on Williams Rd then turn Right on Groveport Rd after 200 yard on the Right.
Polite security and shipping office stuff.
If you pick up: product never ready prepear for 4 to 8 hours wait. Once you have the experience, you will never want to repeat it again. 🌟

Lots of room, friendly staff, only issue is they require too much personal information when making a delivery, require your drivers license, they gain access to your personal address, date of birth, state of issue, expiration date and drivers license number, then for some reason they ask how much fuel you have, these places that require a drivers license are a huge safety and security issue especially in this day and age with identity theft, with just the information on your license your identity could be stolen, just food for thought... Shippers and receivers should only need the bills of laden and any other papers that come with the load, no shipper or receiver should be legally able to obtain personal information about a driver... The information should only be between the shipper and receiver and the company that agreed to haul the freight and not the drivers personal information.... Too many of these shippers and receivers are starting to require this information which should be illegal... Just my thoughts.. identity theft is on the rise...

Lady at the guard shack was nice. Took a little over 2 hours to be unloaded but I was the first one in a dock door and they weren't even starting their day yet so to be expected. I had no issues.
Drivers take 104 to Groveport Rd and ODW is on the left.
Do not use the Williams address it's wrong!!!

Nice people at shipping and receiving. Been here going on 2 hour's and to me that's not good especially when you arrive on time. I will definitely not grab another load coming out of this place. I was hoping for a much better experience but I should have known better when one person wrote 2 hour's to get loaded. Reviews make a big difference when your booking a load somewhere.
