When I first called to set up the payment arrangement I was told that they would auto draft my account each month on the 1st. I was also told when we were done they would prorate the days we used in the month and refund us the deposit plus the prorated amount. When we were done using the unit (around a year) we hurried and moved our stuff out by the 2nd of the month so we didn't have to pay for a unit we didn't need. When we called to ask about them returning our money we were told they would not refund the month they charged us for and they only refund the deposit. They said they do not prorate. This is a very unethical company. I had talked to the owner when we established renting the unit but he lied and denied saying he would prorate.
