It was easy to order and have item shipped to the store. However, Northern Tool needs to have the military discount verified and added to the customer profile for on-line orders.

I do NOT recommend buying from this business. This is the first and last time I'll order from Northern Tool. I ordered the Milwaukee Impact Driver 2857-20 and a set of Ironton Impact Driver bits. I received a used Milwaukee 2757-20 with grease and someone's initials on it inside a 2857-20 box at the full price of the 2857-20 labeled as new. The packaging of the bits were also already opened. Obviously resale/reboxed items sold at full price as if they were new and they didn't even take the time to make sure they put the correct tool in the appropriate box. Very poor experience due to careless and/or deceitful work. This is no way to run a business. Buyers, you have been warned.

Northen Tool is located on Governors W not far past Cabela's but before you reach Slaughter Road. I busted my knuckles too many time trying to inflate my John Deere front mower tires and get them to seal on the rim. I also tried installing inflatable inner tube in the rims. But every time I tried to reseat the tire on the rim the tube would get a puncture leak. After patching both tire tubes and still leaking I decided that I had had it with these inflatable tires and inner tubes.

I looked up the tire sizes on Amazon, and several other vendor websites. They were available similar tires on several website but would take anywhere from several days to two weeks to ship. I looked them up on-line on the Northern Tool website and found they has several types of tires that would fit my John Deere riding mower. I was even more excited to see that Northern Tool had a Marathon Flat Free tire with the rim for only $47.99 each, a pair of tires and rims for a total of only $95.98. AND THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK.

I drove to the store to make sure they were the right size for my mower and was greeted by a very polite Northern Tool employee named Julia. I looked in the trailer aisle and found the two flat free tires with rims in stock as shown on their website. As I approached the check out counter Julie politely asked if there was anything else I needed. No, fortunately that was all I needed but it was good of her to ask because I often go to the store to get something and forgot what I was shopping for.

I asked Julia if they offer a military discount as it was Veteran's Day Monday. She said they honor veterans by offering a discount all year long. Northern tool is a great industrial supply for equipment or tools for home or your business. They have the top brand names and if they don't have it in stock you can order what you need online and have it to to your home or business.

Northern Tool is a great place to shop and has friendly and knowledgeable staff. For quality tools and supplies shop Northern Tools.

I was here last year about this time and I can definitely see the difference in the quality. There's a lot different people there and it's not for the better. Getting service is not very well and there was two guys at the register doing nothing but talking. The website showed they had three items that I was looking for on hand but when I went to the store they had zero. I ended up going to rural King and buying what I needed

Bought a pressure washer in January, finally ran it for 30-45 minutes this week, and the motor fell off because the motor mounts melted. Took it in to get it replaced or repaired. 3-5 days for parts, asked about a replacement because I have to have it tomorrow and was told thats not possible. I can leave it and come back to get it later, which means multiple trips to the store, which I was trying to avoid. Finally talked to a regional manager who told me to take it back to get a replacement. Ill go back for the simple things like a wrench or welding rods, but Ill never buy another high value item there again.
