This place of business is amazing. I had a hitch receiver installed a year ago on a different.vehicle and that is why I am a returning customer. I just had a receiver and hitch installed on my Buick regal. These guys aren’t just for trucks. I had an opportunity to have the wiring enter through the frame but it seres a better purpose for me to have the wiring protected.

On Dec 28, 2025, I called H and H truck accessories in Muscle Shoals. I’m looking to replace the rubber pieces the bear tore off my truck last week. The young gentleman took my truck information and said he’d get back with me.
Calls back about 5 minutes later and asks if I bought the liner from them. Told him I bought the truck from Ray Miller, used, so I didn’t know where it came from. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME because I couldn’t tell them if I bought the bed cover from them! I’m sure Lucas was told by his manager this because he told me when he called back“it was company policy”. He didn’t know that to begin with because he wanted to help. All I need is to replace the two rubber seals to keep rain out and they refuse to order them! Never will I ever go to H and H for anything!!!!

The sales person Rusty was very friendly and if he didn’t know the answer to our questions he asked rather than guessing. We were accurately informed of what was and was not included. Delivery was on time, friendly and done correctly. Very excited to get it filled up and jump in!

Jasper ,Lucas and Marcus did awesome job setting hot tub would recommend them any day for delivery of hot tub , very knowledgeable on use as well and got me ready to sit and relax soon !!
