We have raw sewage coming in our yard

A few months ago I got way over charged for water I did not use. They said I used 40 thousand gallons of water in a month and I never found a leak and the next month it went down to 60 bucks. Something wasn’t right but I had to pay it. From over 300 to 60 smh 🤦‍♀️
