Great service. I appreciated the in-person review and estimate completed by Kevin. He was very close to our final weight. Nancy, our moving coordinator, was very good with communication and very fast to respond. She also made payment very easy since we were a private pay customer. Frank our driver, was also wonderful. He meet every need we had for the 2200 mile move. He delivered our furniture on the day we requested. His packing crew was also fantastic. Although I'm not finished unpacking. I've found minimal breakage. What I did find with the packing is a job well done. The unloading crew was great. They placed furniture exactly where I asked for it to go. They were fast and very respectful. Overall I would use this group again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, LIES, LIES, LIES, Worst moving service. They are making me pay for packing after I’ve told 3 people that I packed my own items. I relocated 6 months ago, so 75% of my items were still in the box. And I repacked additional items I used. My move went from six thousand to nine thousand. Amanda told me because signed for a packing package, after I’ve shared with 3 people that I packed my stuff, she stated I still have to pay for services that they did not provide. UNBELIEVABLE. Do not use these people, I’ve known this wasn’t going to be when they showed up in an Enterprise truck. So sad the delivery guys will have to suffer the cost. If you live up north : use Roadway moving. A company of there word and nothing was broken. Only giving one star to write a review.

My situation required me to find a mover within a two week window. The estimator to give me a quote, changed up his schedule to accommodate me quickly. He was very thorough and had me a quote by the end of the day. Between the time of signing the contract And the actual loading day my contacts with the company quick and professional with my questions being answered directly. The packing staff worked very hard over the course of two days to pack my house. Likewise, the loading staff weren’t for eight hours. Under extremely high temperatures to load my. Housewares on the truck. At the time of loading, I was told what the date of delivery would be and that was accurate and was about five days.

Horrible experience estimate to ship contents was half what actual cost was once they have your property they hold it hostage and your only recourse is to seek damages through court which I intend to do our original estimate was 15 k our actual costs were 32 k I am still fighting to get part of our property returned that they didn’t have room for it find another carrier
