EDIT: i was able to get out the gate tonight at 11:34pm😂😂🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼i didnt expect the issue to be rectified that quickly! Thank you sir. That definitely makes me feel cared for as a customer, not just another "unit #". For that reason, i'm changing my review😉

Although the website says in at least 2 places that they have 24/7 access, they actually lock the gates down at 11:30pm. This is annoying & inconvenient enough when u want in. When you are locked inside & have to call the police, & they have been on the phone with the security company for nearly an hour trying to help you, & the owners/management team wont even answer their phones for their alarm company, that goes far beyond "annoying". In fact, it's wrongful imprisonment, & that's a dang felony!!

The Staff and owners are amazing! They were very kind and very helpful! The units are well maintained and if there is a problem they are quick to respond! If I ever need storage again I’ll be going back!
