They had the perfect date and availability for the driver to come out to us. He grabbed the car in what seemed like 5 minutes and left to the other end in New Mexico. When the driver got a tiny bit delayed at delivery, I called just wondering when he’d be coming. Dispatch acted on it and told me he would be there in half an hour. This experience as a whole has been the utmost best.

Gave them my first available date for my McLaren to be shipped out. And also, 2 more days for a timeframe that would also work out for me. Even with getting a closed shipment, the price was fair. When delivery came, my car looked great as ever!!!!!! Thankful for no damage done.

I was a little afraid and skeptical about using a broker company to ship my brand new truck, as I have heard horrendous stories from others in the past. Ive heard most brokers usually hire the cheapest carriers to transport the vehicles, well not this company. Every single one of their carriers is fully insured and highly trustworthy, which is a big plus. They also offer enclosed transport which i used since my truck is brand new. ENational Logistics were extremely professional with top notch drivers and customer service. Great to book with and everyone there is so kind! I recently transported my truck from CT - CA and it surprisingly arrived even earlier than i had expected and in perfect condition!!!!! The driver Sergio was in contact with me the day before pickup and delivery to schedule times for both with me as well as contacted me within an hour of arriving at the locations. National Logistics hires high quality transporters/carriers who actually care about your vehicle and take pride in transporting it. Once again, their customer service is amazing, which is getting rare these days. Thank you for turning  a stressful move across the country into a wonderful, simple, and pleasant experience! 🙂

National Auto is very honest with their quotes, the initial price they quote you on the first call remains the same throughout the whole process, not a penny more not a penny less(no hidden fees as well). They may be a bit higher in cost compared to other brokers, but trust me, it is well worth it! I needed to transport my car to the Midwest during the week of the New Year. When I requested a quote mid November they suggested I wait a week or more if possible since the price would be less during a non holiday week, which was very considerate. I initially put down a deposit(part of the total price) with a cheaper carrier (who didn't inform me that it would be difficult to find carriers during the holiday week) and after 10 days of never hearing back from them, I canceled with them immediately and reached out to National Auto. 24 hours later my driver was assigned and a couple hours after that, my car was on a carrier to the Midwest before I knew it, thanks to the employees at National Auto Shipping company! If I ever need another car of mine transported, I will go straight to National.

I needed to have my car transported from CO to FL and  National Transport was the company recommended by the local auto dealership near me. I have to say that the professionalism and efficiency shown by this company is outstanding!  Being in Colorado and setting all of this up by phone call/text was so easy and made the whole experience like a dream. Josh ALWAYS kept me updated about what was happening and what to expect. He sent all the info I needed and answered any questions I had with a fast reply.  The driver/carrier was not only on time, but drove through all the brutal weather across the country in a professional and responsible manner. My car arrived in spotless condition, despite having to deal with route closures, snow, wind and all around not the best circumstances.  I would encourage and recommend anyone transporting a vehicle to call National Transport to make your life easier and stress free!

This was a little higher priced than what I was willing to put in. Regardless, that’s where the saying “you get what you pay for” comes into place. I got the highest quality service for my car shipment and I do not regret booking with Xpress Auto Transport.

I was afraid of delivery being late and having to get a rental car. Those are quite expensive these days. But there was no need for that! National Auto Transport delivered on service and got my car delivered on time too.
