This is a very deceptive company. They talk big time about their great services until they trap you in a contract, then can't provide service. I signed up because I needed a Point of Sale terminal to be able to take payments at craft shows. After I am under contract they tell me the terminals don't work with android. So, I ask if I can cancel the contract and they tell me there will be a $500 early cancellation fee. That is totally ridiculous considering they can't provide the service I contracted for. But, to stop ever increasing monthly charges I paid the fee. That was over 8 months ago and they are still charging me a monthly fee. I can't talk to any representative there that will stop this. Be very cautious with this company because they trap you in a contract, then will not stop charging you, even after you cancel the contract.

I signed up and then ended up not needing their services, Juan Garcin was very very courteous and they kept their word about not charging anything if canceled within 45 days, if i ever need a processing company Payarc are my guys!! They honest and practice good ethics

They lie to you telling you there is no charges onky when u use machine. They started to withdrawal money out my account I tried to tell them wth going on. They told me they would figure it out and fix it all I just wanted to cancel. Agent bugged me to just suspend account since it was winter and I have no work. So I agreed but they continued to take money out of my account and different amounts. Plus I never even took machine out of box and they never showed me how to use. So now that I seriously want to cancel now they want to charge me almost $600 for early cancelation when I wanted to cancel before the first month I recieved machine. I told agent I didn't want to get any surprises and now they haven't returned my calls, and now they got an attorney to try and get money out of me which I aint giving one cent in fact i want all those months payments they took out my bank. If I could I would give them a negative 10 they lie and terrible communication skills but one thing they are quick to send u message that u need to pay them. I don't see how they can charge me when I never used machine and they didn't even show me how to use

Is the worst processing company, the salesperson told me I was on a month-to-month basis, when I cancelled, the took $500 from my checking account, I'm a small business and cannot afford, I called, and they don't want to refund me. I was even charged higher fees than what the sales rep quoted me

The worst place to work with. Look elsewhere. When closing my account and trying to get my reserve (that they typically hold for 6 months), they over drafted my account for no reason. They ended paying it back but it was a headache dealing with them.

Just want to take the time to personal thank both Rafael, Julio I believe his name was. Both consistently go above and beyond when it comes to personal support. They are patient understanding and work with you until the problem is resolved. Even if the issue takes 1-2 hours over the phone, they take their time and make sure nothing is missed. You cant ask for better support than that πŸ™

Terrible processor. Charged me a proactive fee that no one seemed to know what that was. Finally someone agreed to adjust it. Have been waiting for my money to be deposited in my account for over 10 days. They claimed that my account was not verified but I had that set up for over a month. Nobody there has any sense of urgency. They don’t care at all. Do not do business with PayArc. Worst company to work with.
