The security gate has been broken for years, and animals consistently get into the climate controlled buildings. When I contacted the customer service, they assured me they were working on the problem and I should stay with them, however years have proven that untrue. Since the change from "Family Storage" to "MyStorage", the quality of service has decreased considerably. They removed my 24 hour access after the change as well. When Animals have 24 hour access to your storage unit but you do not, that is embarrasing. There are zero employees on-site, and the staff disregard all concerns you raise and blatantly lie about the security and functionality of locks and the gate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We live outside the US for work, and so we put all our belongings into storage here. The owners are SUPER helpful and friendly, and the facility is brand new and seems very secure and well looked after. Plus the owner is retired military which we greatly appreciate of course. We also really liked the climate control because we didn't want to come back to a bunch of moldy stuff. Anyway, we HIGHLY recommend Family Storage of Rogers.

My experience was wonderful until it changed hands. There is not a valid phone number to call, I am out of state and my things are in storage. I have emailed, chatted and called (too many times to count). My bill has always been paid automatically, something happened when they changed hands. They finally called me, I was able to straighten out the same day with my card company and have not been able to reach them since. The next day, they sent me a 10 day default letter via email, yet have not responded to any of my attempts at contacting them in three days. I am not a happy camper.

I think they called their business “Family Storage” because that’s how they treat you! The husband and wife team seem like wonderful people, and their prices are extremely reasonable. Other storage places quoted much higher rates. My new unit is actually clean! I’ve always had to sweep out dust, leaves, and dead bugs when I got a new unit with other places. I’m so glad I happened across their website during my google search. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

This company is owned by a unique industry fraudster. Lance, the owner, will make it impossible to make payments. He claims to have a website E commerce friendly for account profiles and payments ( simply not true), He will pretend to be interested in preserving and protecting your families belongings. Instead, he will rummage thru your locker without permission to establish values of your per belongings. Lance, will encourage you not to have urgency when paying your bill (the good guy, no worries just stop by when you can), Warning, it's all part of a sell scheme. FYI- lance, has a full blown case of amnesia, Do not expect any type of consideration or honor from Family storage. No paper work, no worry's, Lances, preference to set the trap. Plus charge you double rent, add $100s a month in penalty's (claiming his wife manages dishing out emotional pain). Just when you think your stuff is safe. Boom, it’s auction time! And here's how that works.... *You call your friendly neighborhood family storage buddy Lance to catch up, update contact info, pay your account balance. •Lance says, no worries I'm busy now call back tomorrow. *Tomorrow, you receive an account bill. Not for $175.00 but instead for nearly $900. ($847.00). It says pay in full or we go to auction. *You call Lance, confused and upset. Lance say, "No worries at all, that's my wife's doing, you see no one has paid their bill since late September, so she's cleaning house".. No worries Ricky, "call me back next week, I will remove all late fees and make adjustments". Ok Lance, “what about the threat of auctioning my families two storage units of life long belongings"..Lance, no worries I will take care of that. Call Lance, three days later. Friday January 27, 2023. Hey Ricky, it's 4:30 I just left the office can you call back Monday. Sure no problem. *I call back Monday, Jan 30, Lance, how it's going. "Well, I'm not at the office it's nasty out", R "would you like me to call back after Feb 1, so we can settle up our accounting to include Feb bill". lance, "sure that's perfect". *I call back Friday February 3, @ Approx 2:30 central time. Secretary, answered, "I'm sorry Lance is not in, my I help you". "Please ma'am, we are trying desperately to make an account payment we received a nasty text over a week ago stating a path to auction our belongings if we didn't pay"."Please have Lance call us". As, we are very concerned we keep getting pushed off, please dont auction r belongings". "In addition we have requested an email of our account statement several times to no avail". "No worries Ricky, I will have Lance call yoU"... *Text message received from Lance late Friday February 3, 2023. Dear xxx, if i do not receive payment in full for $847.00 not one penny less we will auction all of your families belongings (including your $20k recording studio equipment you make your living with, your wife's family heirlooms priceless, the Italian leather couches still in the boxes worth $10k, plus all our families personal life long belongings), on February 11, 2023. Says a guy, last seen shipping a passed man’s personal art collection to Christies Auction in New York, to scope a jack pot. sadly, from what I understand illicitly taken from I tried to buy the family Bible to track down the rightful owners. That has been a wild goose chase since. Last I heard I could purchase it for $85.00 which I agreed to. *Since Feb 3. 2023. We have tried to call Lances cell phone office number countless times this week 2/6-2/11/23. Begging, for a call back or a simple path to pay our balance. PayPal, cash app, link anything any way. Praying for a peaceful resolution. •Conclusion: it's now Sunday Feb 12, 2023. We have not heard one word from Lance. He banks his dis honest moral scheme/practice remains protected behind applicable storage laws. However, those federal and state laws sue have due applicable due process accountability procedures to adhere too. No one has the right to unlawfully steal from the American dream. “ We the people", still have "Constitutional amendment rights.
