My move was done with care, from the first walk through, estimate of the move and all the logistical planning.
The staff was great to work with, especially Isaac who helped me understand details, and kept checking with me to answer questions and assure me that all the details were taken care of.
The drivers and movers were excellent. They handled all my household goods with care, but more than that they worked together with respect and comradery, which made the whole day better.
Delivery was equally excellent. The whole team should be proud of the job they did.
I cannot recommend Move Northwest highly enough. Thank you Penny and all the gentlemen who made our move bearable.

From start to finish Bekins was absolutely the best choice. The estimator who came to our house to give us a quote was friendly and professional. The moving day went without a hitch. Showing up on time working diligently and professionally. Each item was carefully packed ensuring its safe arrival to our new home. Moving out of state we were concerned that the process would be delayed, it wasn't! The unpacking of our items went smoothly and I didn't have to lift a finger to help. We would like to personally thank Fernando, Andres, Osiel for packing our items so well, and Fernando and Ricky at our new home. We would definitely recommend Bekins for your next move.

The Bekins three-man crew arrived ahead of schedule, were through in their review of the items included in our move, they were upbeat and fun to work with. They completed loading ahead of the estimated time allotted, the guys were very careful to exceed my wife's concerns for possible damage. They communicated with us and each other working together as one. They worked through lunch and completed their work ahead of schedule. When finished and all things were in place and assembled where necessary, they graciously accepted our offer to buy lunch, which was a fun event each one sharing our backgrounds and family ties. In 1965 Bekins moved me and my wife from Illinois to Seattle. that move as well as this move, now nearly 60 years later, bears sound testimony to the confidence we have in recommending and trusting Bekins for your next move.

I can't enough wonderful things about the three gentlemen that came to help me and my husband unload our moving truck today. Fernando, Andres, and Lucas all showed up on time, were highly professional, kind, polite, and were easily the best movers I've ever seen or worked with. They came prepared with all the equipment needed to carry heavy furniture items and boxes as well as furniture blankets to not damage items.. They even covered our glass screen door and doorway to protect it from accidental damage in addition to laying down rugs throughout the house for them to walk on and not damage our flooring. They got everything off our truck in record time and I really don't know what we would have done without them. They showed excellent teamwork and were highly efficient. At the end of the job Fernando and Lucas were kind enough to share with me where all the best places to eat in Yakima are since I am new in town. As someone who moved literally across the country (from PA) this kindness was really appreciated. All three of them deserve HUGE raises! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of movers and especially if they can get these three gentlemen as their team!

The two young men, Andres and Osiel, did an amazing job. They were moving someone who is deaf, yet understood and followed his directions very well. They were both friendly, and professional, working together as a great team. Keep them around!!

Everyone who we interacted with at Bekins (Jason, Stacey, and Chris and his crew) was professional, respectful and responsive. Chris's crew was on time the morning of moving out. They were fast and efficient, and handled our possessions with proper care. All items arrived at our new home intact. The off loading was just as thorough and efficient.
We would definitely recommend Bekins for anyone planning a move. We were very pleased!
